The Power of Communion

One of the most powerful experiences you can have with God is when you take communion with Him. It’s far more than a symbol!

1 Corinthians 10:16 says, “The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?”

Paul describes communion as the CUP OF BLESSING, because not only are we thanking God for what He has done for us through Jesus' precious blood; but we are also releasing His blessings into our lives through the power of communion. Holy communion serves as a point of contact between heaven and earth. Everything Jesus paid for on the cross is available to you NOW! As you take communion by faith, you are connecting Heaven's supply with your earthly need.

On the road to Emmaus, 2 disciples traveled with Jesus without even knowing it. (Luke 24:13-35). So often that is how our lives are. He is with us; but we don't recognize Him. His power is available to us; but we don't realize it. His grace is sufficient for us; but we're still struggling. It was only as these disciples broke bread with Jesus that they recognized Him. He was there; but they didn't know it until they broke the bread with Him. When they did, their eyes were opened and they saw what was always there. As we take communion, I believe we will recognize God like never before. We will SEE our healing that was already paid for. We will see God's blessing that was already paid for. Everything that Jesus already died and paid for, will begin to show up in our lives, just as God has always intended.

Not only will God's blessing show up in our lives like never before, but we will have amazing testimonies to share with others, just as those brothers did on the Road to Emmaus. Luke 24:35: They began to relate their experiences on the road and how He was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread. Get ready to experience God's power, protection, wisdom, blessing & favor like you never have before through the power of Holy Communion. Its more than a one-time experience. It's a life-style of communion and fellowship with God. You can begin today!
